I've being designing and making packs since 1979 and military vests and packs since 1989 , While doing my national service in a sniper unit in the Para's , IDF, I made the packs and gear that we needed to carry our gear. I later after my demob I went back in to the army for a year to design and make gear.

Design
I design the gear to be as simple as possible to use and as strong as possible. The designs follow a mixture of ideas from myself and Israeli/British/US combat equipment.

Materials
The Packs and vests are made of Israeli army Green 1000 Denier Cordura, we also have Cordura in Sand ,Grey and French Lizard Camouflage. We also use Mil-spec Nylon webbing , ITW Nexus Buckles ,YKK Duracoil Zippers, Nylon Icabond 40# Tread and 7075-T6 Alloy for the packs.

Construction
Magazine Pouches are made of 2 layers of Fabric , Cordura outside and lined with 610 gsm Tarp cloth ,Velcro is sewn with female side on the lids so it can be more easily replaced. Every pouch has drain hole and a lanyard hole or D-ring where needed. Every part is sewn 2-4 times and made to last.
